Aish is all about empowering diverse and inclusive teams to be at their best. Her emerging career has already exposed her to culturally diverse environments as she works across 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Africa & Oceania) providing consultancy in Change Management, Service Design, Governance, Business Analysis and more.
Her focus on the intersection between business, technology & social impact has led her to have a particularly strong relationship with United Way West Australia, a non-profit devoted to tackling entrenched community issues. She is a Trainee Board Director, as well as sitting on their IT sub-committee as they embark upon their digital transformation journey.
