Kath Giles has been CEO of the medtech start-up OncoRes Medical since 2017. OncoRes was the product of her work as Investment Manager for Brandon Capital Partners, a company that specialises in biomedical innovation whom she joined in 2012. Prior to this Kath was Investment Manager with Perth-based Stone Ridge Ventures. In addition to investment experience, Kath has experience with medical apps, diagnostics, and fitness devices. Kath still practices as a medical doctor, mainly in surgery, and has experience with clinical trials and critical care. Kath is a Director of the Curtin Commercialisation Advisory Board. She graduated from her medical degree (MBBS) with Honours, has an MBA from UWA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
