Hema Wadhwa

Dr Hema Wadhwa is Remote Monitoring and Digital Services Manager, ANZ at Worley. Her diverse career path has spanned Academic Research, Engineering, Model Testing, Automation, Business Development and Innovation. She is a dedicated professional with a commitment and passion for the development of new technologies and innovation. She is passionate about driving the development of the engineering industry, creation of innovative and practical solutions that increase efficiency and enhance safety for both projects and production operations. Hema has authored over 20 technical papers. She has been serving on the SUT committee for three years. She leads the technical program for AOG conference’s Subsea Forum since 2019. She also enjoys the ‘pay it forward’ opportunities by mentoring in IMNIS and UWA Alumni programs.
