Jeanene is an experienced Software Development manager and IT Leader with a passion for diversity, creativity, and agility. With 34 years in the industry and over 25 in leadership positions of highly creative and diverse teams she believes in giving all those working with her the support they need to grow and perform to their best.
Jeanene is a transgender woman who has tried to use her experience in coming out late in life to show others that by being your true self you can have the strength and courage to reach your full potential. A key part of encouraging others is being visible and as such she believes in openly sharing even the most private aspects of her journey.
