From her first job in Telecommunications over 15 years ago, Emma has been driven to find methods to improve ways of working through streamlining processes, systems, and continual business improvements. From focused diverse recruitment to bring new people into the industry and ensuring access to knowledge and training; to supporting existing staff in personal and professional development, Emma has worked to ensure that her team get the opportunities for growth that they deserve.
Emma has never passed up an opportunity to expand her own learning in Leadership, Management, Project Management, Coding, Training and even Structured Cabling and Fibre.
