Jessica is the Senior Manager of Workforce Planning and Participation at one of Australias largest IT managed services providers. With over 10 years experience in recruitment and more recently corporate social responsibility, Jessica is proud to oversee a program of work across Australia that seek to increase participation of underrepresented groups in the workforce. She is passionate about the long term social impacts of organisations and has an interest in stakeholder advocacy as a means to create positive change.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and an MBA with Disctinction from Curtin University.
