Community engagement and development is Erin passion. She is aware of the incredible things that can be achieved through collaboration and feels that everyone should have a sense of belonging in their workplace and community.
Erin is part of a generation that votes with their values, she inspires leaders around her to challenge their own perspectives on political, social, environmental, and cultural issues. Erin’s non-traditional entry into the industry is what inspires her to design projects that assist people from all walks of life to access and understand STEM careers.
