Leia is a delivery focussed professional that has spent the majority of her career crossing between operational and digital solutions. This has led to a passion for designing, developing and delivering innovative solutions that cross industries and departments. Leia has a strong developing interest in the ESG space and is always interested in learning and developing new skills and understanding new ways of delivering to enhance her toolkit. Coming from a non technical background, providing a strong profile to all women interested in the technology landscape is so important to Leia as we work to seeing more equality and diversity in women in leadership in the technology landscape outside of the traditional development roles.
