Elaina has worked with students from low ICSEA backgrounds to provide opportunities in STEM and eSports. Leading the first WA eSports team to success in the FUSE Cup eSports Championships, she is an advocate for technologies integration and upskilling students with the skills needed to navigate the online world safely and responsibly, building up students to be 21st century learners ready to solve tomorrow’s problems.
Elaina has led technology integration in her school, improving ICT capabilities and skills for her students and building the foundation for curious minds to learn and explore with technology as a tool for creation and problem solving. In her spare time she is an animal lover, rock climber and hiking enthusiast.
