Michelle has been working in the electronics and technical fields for almost 30 years, covering everything from television repairs to working on a Gravity Gradiometer at UWA. Michelle was proud to call herself a ‘tradie’ back when women were rarely seen on the tools and is happy to see women excelling in a male dominated industry.
After Michelle completed her Trade Certificate in Electronics, she went on to study at WAAPA. Still one of her proudest moments was winning an award for ‘Best Sound’ at the WA Screen Awards, however she still found herself back in the trade she started in. Her experiences over many disciplines have put her in the position she is now. Still curious about everything.
