Dunja is a management consultant who is often engaged to work on projects that are at risk of failure, and works to focus teams, set or reset expectations to ensure alignment with the project objectives, manage vendors and drive a positive outcome.
Falling in love with wood working and design as a child, she was planning to become an architect, but realised that she could leverage all her creativity whilst allowing a longevity in her career by doing Software Engineering instead and it was the best decision she ever made! She has had the opportunity to work with fascinating people across the world in the resourcing, logistical, utility and manufacturing industries and loves the challenge and variety the job brings.
