Karen’s career as a specialist consultant developed her expertise in engineering analytics for public infrastructure, oil and gas and resource industries. In the community, Karen’s work with the Board of Girl Guides NSW developed her understanding of strategic planning and governance in the not-for-profit environment, while more recently as Chair of Engineering Heritage WA she shifted her focus to public engagement.
The asset management world is undergoing a transformation as more information than ever is becoming available to support optimum use of assets to deliver results for customers, communities and business. Karen is passionate about applying insights, using her technical strength and influence to break down organisational siloes and deliver step-change improvements in decision-making and risk management for asset-intensive industries.
