Eva has been actively involved in the startup community since the beginning of 2011. She holds a Management and Engineering of Production degree in e-technology from the West Pomeranian University of Technology. For the past 6 years, she worked as a contractor helping early-stage startups to execute the idea by developing MVP, strategy and business model. She was involved in a range of projects, including fin-tech, health-tech, software robotics, fash-tech, and a variety of web & mobile apps from both B2B and B2C approach. She was involved in developing projects for a range of customers as ING, Metro Bank, NHS Trust Foundation, AIESEC International and many more.
Furthermore, she organised over 40 events for startups and technology industry in Warsaw, London, Berlin and Montreal. She was actively shaping & supporting multiple tech events: Girls Geek Carrots, a global community for women in IT, SheWorx, global female founder community and Polish Tech Link, a network located in Wroclaw, London and San Francisco to build a bridge between local IT community and Polish technology enthusiasts. Currently, she lives in London and works as a COO in G1ANT, a robotic process automation startup. She is also Virgin Startup mentor.
