But it’s not just women’s work. Recognising the critical role that allies play, the program also equips workplace allies with advanced strategies and skills to build more respectful, safe and inclusive workplaces.

Results and behavioural change are cemented by practice. Optional follow up monthly small group coaching masterclasses are available to help you continue to build on your learnings, networks and confidence.
The program is free to attend thanks to National Careers Institute partnership grant funding (Department of Industry, Science and Resources) however registration numbers are limited.
