Aditi is a communicator in the digital world and has over 10 years experience working in private industry and government sectors. Throughout her career, Aditi has met a range of people from all walks of life; she has built relationships with them all through empathy and open, active listening. Aditi loves tech and is passionate about using technologies around her to create diverse, inclusive mindsets and cultures. Aditi’s goal is to break barriers to create fair opportunities for all.
Aditi strives to achieve this in a number of ways including being a co-founder of the Australasian Women in HPC chapter, a previous Board Director of the CoRE Learning Foundation and D&I chair or program committee member of various international conferences.
