Anita is the Founder and Managing Director of USSA Global. She’s worked for over 20 years developing and implementing health, safety, environmental, risk and quality management strategies.
She thrives on the challenge of changing organizational culture and team perception of risk exposure, believing that simple systems yield the most value adding outcomes.
Since the inception of USSA, her vision was focused on the development of a simple technology solution to support the implementation.
The SafeX system development is the achievement that she is most proud of and hopes that the SafeX data will assist the government of tomorrow to make informed decisions to bring risk management into the school curriculum so we have risk conscious leaders in the future.
