Beverley Shimmin

Beverley is a highly experienced Information Technology Project Manager who is passionate about Cyber Security and Cyber Risk and Vulnerabilities. Her curiosity led her to undertake a two-year Masters Cyber Security ECU whilst working full time. Beverley is from a development background having 20 years of experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. She is keen to undertake roles which utilise her knowledge.
Throughout her career, Beverley has striven to inspire the next generations of women to become technologists, wives, and mothers. During her 38-year career in Information Technology, Beverley has with her husband Chris, raised 4 children who are excelling in their chosen fields of Educator, Financial Analysis and Modelling, and Science.
