After a van break down in Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia Chantal could not have imagined that it would have lead her into a career in STEM with a digital health focus. With more than 10 years spent in rural and remote Western Australia Chantal facilitates the transition from paper-based health systems to contemporaneous, comprehensive electronic medical record systems. Able to negotiate positive outcomes for both individuals accessing care and the service providers across the continuum of care by encouraging a more effective usage of digital health solutions, thereby reducing patient risk, improving the user experience and ensuring accurate health service reporting. Being a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing sees her co-manage women’s wellbeing programs within rural and remote communities.
