As a Digital Forensics and eDiscovery Manager, Daniela assists organisations with complex investigations and legal matters that require collection, preservation and analysis of digital evidence. Over the years, Daniela has managed a large number of national and international investigations, ranging from general HR enquiries, business misconduct and fraud investigations, through to large-scale legal matters, preservation orders, legal holds and incident response. Daniela has extensive experience in developing procedures to streamline Digital Forensics and eDiscovery processes and has a sound understanding of the different digital data sources for investigations. Her analytical approach, attention to detail and can-do attitude provides clients with comfort under often difficult circumstances and has earned her a reputation for consistent, high-quality delivery.
Daniela is passionate about recruitment and in particular promoting careers in Technology, Cyber and Forensics to the next generation of successful and inspirational WA female leaders. She regularly attends University recruitment events, networking events and one-on-one catch-ups with prospective candidates / students, to share her experience, advice and guidance to help them succeed.
