I have a passion for strategic and project work, having been involved in ERP implementations and a strategic programs of work. Being comfortable with uncertainty and embracing change, I am able to adapt whilst also providing support and direction to others.
I am able to effectively lead teams and achieve positive outcomes by actively practicing empathy for those that I communicate with, building stronger relationships. Whether it be at work or volunteering through Toastmasters, I enjoy contributing to the development of others and seeing them grow, which I believe creates a positive culture of engagement and continuous learning.
