Having worked in both public and private sector, in Commercial, Events, Administrative, Project, and ICT Roles, Elise is a strong believer that technology should be focused on impact and outcomes, not just implementation.
Impatient by nature, and forever asking “why?”, she relishes opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies. She gets most satisfaction from leveraging systems and processes to allow people to focus on meaningful tasks that add value.
Her experience provides a unique perspective on the interplay between people and technology, and the opportunities and challenges this can pose. In turn, this drives a passion for collaborating broadly and advocating holistic approaches. She knows she won’t win them all, but it won’t be for lack of trying.
