After winning multiple awards for global impact, Esther founded Agile 8 when her son lost his vision with no cure and her doctor friends died from COVID in 2020.
Determined to overcome adversities, she created eXtended Reality + Artificial Intelligence (XRAI) solutions to protect frontliners whilst saving lives with better patient prognosis using data visualisation and deep learning, empowering them to work much Smarter. Faster. Safer.
In less than a year, Agile 8 became the youngest semi-finalist for WA Innovator of the Year 2021 and also won Defence’s hackathon with revolutionary Agile Command & Control systems that protects our frontliners in the battlefield.
