Upon graduating with double honours in IT-Engineering and Commerce, Faye strode beyond her comfort zone and ventured to Singapore, landing her first role as a network engineer for the global company Seagate Technology. During her tenure, Faye designed and setup network infrastructure for Seagate’s corporate and manufacturing sites across the Asia Pacific and, headed operational support for the ‘following-the-sun’ model between US-Europe-Asia.
She married and had a son, making the hard decision to take a 5-year career break. Steadfast that the IT industry was her core passion Faye joined R-Group as a network engineer in 2013. After years of absence, she propelled herself into relearning the fundamentals again, eventually challenging herself in the security arena, where her new passion lies.
