Jess Etheridge is a serial millenial, originally born in Aotearoa-New Zealand who then moved to Western Australia at age 29 with her partner Adam. Proudly pansexual, she’s a communications professional who has led national campaigns and initiatives which always have equity at the heart. Jess has held leadership roles including as Chair of Pride@IAG New Zealand and committee member for Rainbow@Kinetic IT, and has been part of award-winning teams and projects in both media and communications throughout her 11-year career. She’s been featured as a speaker and MC at a range of events, and in national media for her perspective on news and social media.
