Jess is passionate about learning and loves to ensure everything she delivers is accessible for all learners. This drive has seen her support peers in developing their own teaching style to ensure no learner is left behind. She believes we all have the right to a good education, no matter where you come from. Jess continually looks at improving her own leadership and teaching abilities and actively engages in learning opportunities to keep her skills current.
Whilst work is her passion, family is equally vital, sharing her successes with her 2 beautiful children and supportive husband. With them behind her, she says she can do anything!
