Jodie is an amazing person, mother, engineer, teacher and inspiration for future technologists. Jodie built an incredible global career through structural engineering and a masters in oil and gas. From the design, construction and installation of offshore oil and gas platforms, including ice breaking platforms, to commercial high-rise buildings with plastic ball technology in the suspended slabs, to innovative and eco-friendly specialist bridge engineering. Recently, re-skilling and growing a small business providing Robotics and Science workshops and incursions to primary schools. Teaching and inspiring thousands of children, empowering them through current knowledge and engaged hands on learning.
