Judith is passionate about enabling great people and business outcomes in cultural and transformational changes. With 10+ years’ experience across strategic change management, communications and people leadership, Judith has successfully facilitated and embedded organisation-wide changes in banking, resources and IT – leveraging technology as a critical enabler.
With her extensive experience, including agile transformations, operating model changes and Activity Based Working, it’s Judith’s focus on empathy and co-design, combined with her ability to create clarity and understanding in complex environments, that has seen her continuously drive engagement and adoption of transformational changes.
Judith currently works at Vix Technology as Organisational Change Manager, leveraging her experience working with distributed IT teams to enable optimisation and engagement across 500 global employees.
