Katherine Lewis

Living in the remote town of Onslow, Katherine juggles the everyday pressure of an operating plant environment with family life and contributing to the local community. In her role as Operations Assistant at the Wheatstone LNG plant, she approaches her work with determination and enthusiasm, inspiring her team to do the same. Katherine has always had a passion for mentoring both in and out of work. She takes her position as a role model at work seriously and has spoken on many panels and events within the Chevron diversity networks to share her experiences with others. She is also a mentor both formally and informally to a number of up and coming engineers with whom she shares her experience both technically and on navigating their careers. Katherine has a passion for inspiring young girls to reach their potential and in her time volunteering as a Girl Guide leader has loved seeing her guides skills and confidence grow over their years in the organization.
