Overcoming an abusive and turbulent childhood, Kiru became the first generation to graduate from high school, earn a university rank, and obtain an MBA—all on merit. Starting as a blue-collar worker in Kalgoorlie, she faced immense challenges, including living out of her car and surviving sexual assault. Her determination led her back to change management eight years ago, where she has since led transformative initiatives in major healthcare and mining organisations.
Three years ago, she founded the successful company Astron Consulting, specialising in change management and leadership development, guiding leaders through complex digital transformations. Known for her resilience and empathetic leadership style, Kiru now connects with global audiences, driving impactful change and living her purpose of helping others.
