Kylie’s passion for conveyancing and her drive to deliver the highest-quality service led her to launch her award-winning settlement agency, KDD Conveyancing Services in 2003. Under Kylie’s leadership, KDD has become known for being an early adopter of innovative new technologies to streamline clients’ settlement experiences.
Kylie’s passion for innovation and transformation was spiked following time spent working for proptech unicorn PEXA and coupled with her love for the property industry, led her to take action to transform the way we settle property.
In 2019, she founded Realtime Conveyancer – the digital conveyancing breakthrough built by practitioners for practitioners. Realtime Conveyancer is the first end-to-end transaction management software in Australia that digitalises the whole property settlement process from contract to keys.
