Lakshmi has spent over a decade in the IT industry, currently looking after Merger Licensing for the BHP Petroleum – Woodside merger. As a migrant, coloured woman, Lakshmi has learned to appreciate her difference as a strength and source of diversity. She does not compromise her values or confidence but brings her whole self to work.
She is a certified mentor for high school kids through the Raise Foundation. She is a role model of excellence, accountability, and integrity.
