Lucy Harding

Lucy is a passionate capability and change professional, and leader of people, who has worked internationally at a global scale. She has implemented platforms, programs and strategies which have made a difference to the professional lives of those she enables, shaped organisational culture and practice. Her proudest achievements remain those oriented around coaching and mentoring others, achieving great outcomes through developing their capability and confidence, alongside critical thinking and judgement, that serve her mentees over the long term. Lucy has worked in industries ranging from Defence to Oil and Gas, Transportation to IT. She has delivered projects such as HRIS implementations, culture change initiatives, global operating model implementations and management and leadership programs, but always oriented around the human experience.
