Natasha Rogers

Natasha’s career has spanned business ownership, not-for-profit management, academic studies and tutoring, mentoring and volunteering across diverse sectors. With a strong values-based leadership style incorporating an innovative mindset Natasha can achieve aspirational goals for herself and her teams that she leads. Completing academic studies at a later stage in life and obtaining great results has been a momentous personal achievement. The completion of the LeadershipWA program was a watershed moment and Natasha’s most memorable achievement to date. 2019 has seen the fruition of many of Natasha’s personal goals including balancing a family with a “portfolio” career with the establishment of her own personal business, staying involved in academia and volunteering.
