Rachael is constantly enabling other women to achieve their career goals rather than driving her own personal agenda. She innately enjoys solving problems, and feels immense satisfaction about making Water Corporation, and WA the best it can be for all. She is recognised nationally as a leader in water quality, particularly as a female leader of a highly technical area. Her responsibilities incorporate the highest level of corporate risk as well as playing a key role in critical stakeholder relationship with DoH.
Rachael’s diversity of experience across regulation, policy, research and industry has built her strategic and tactical viewpoints. She is regularly sought to present at conferences/forums and is currently studying the Advanced Leadership Program of Women in Leadership Australia.
