Shabnam is passionate about Digital Transformation, Agile Delivery and Design-Thinking. A strong advocate for young girls on STEM pathways who is known for her sense of humour, empathetic leadership style, and commitment to deliver excellence.
She grew up during a war in the Middle-East and navigated her life through a web of challenging restrictions among many other women in her society. After migrating to Australia, she went back to University after a 9-year break and succeeded by graduating with top academic results, becoming a ‘Dean’s List’ member. Strong supporter of Diversity & Inclusion, she is a volunteer mentor assisting skilled newcomers.
Shabnam is determined to set an example for her young daughter by empowering her to fight for integrity and equality.
