Stephanie Kearns

Steph is an experience change and transformation consultant with over 11 years experience working with mining and oil and gas clients to deliver human-centred technology projects. She is a passionate advocate for creating change through facilitating real, experience-led conversations, and leads her company’s Womxn’s Network, providing opportunities for female identifying and non-binary people to establish trusting relationships through shared experiences. Steph believes in strengths based leadership, and speaks openly on the topic of neurodiversity, mental health and removing judgement from women’s personal and professional choices.
