Tanya Finnie is a global cultural strategist building more inclusive workplaces. She has valuable global experience pertaining to culture, diversity adn inclusive practices. Tanya assists organisations in growing their human capital, devloping inclusive strategies and increasing their cultural intelligence.
She is a TEDx speaker (2020), certified Global Goodwill Ambassador, voted as one of Perth’s Top 100 Small Business Influencers (2016) and nominated for various other international business awards. She is a Patron for Roots TV – a not for profit supporting youth at risk to become media producers; a long-standing mentor for UWA postgraduate students and mentor to CALD communities on boards. Ultimately she helps organisations to leverage their diversity or grow their diversity to grow ROI and healthier workplaces.
